GP MEMBERSHIP
|
|
An Application for Membership of Otway Division of General Practice Inc. form should be completed and signed by yourself, by two existing members of the Division as Proposer and Seconder and returned to the Division.
|
|
|
Your nomination will be considered by the Board of Management and you will be notified in writing within 28 days of your acceptance. You will then be invoiced for $40.00 (inc GST) which is the cost of the annual membership subscription. Please note: membership of the Division is free to Registrars.
|
|
|
This will entitle you to receive our regular newsletter and weekly fax, keeping you up to date on all aspects of the Division’s services and activities, including forthcoming education and training opportunities.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
|
|
Otway Division is pleased to offer Practice Managers, Practice Nurses and Allied Health Professionals, working in general practice within the Division boundaries, the opportunity to become Associate Members of the Division free of charge.
|
|
|
Associate members will be entitled to receive Division support services, resources and advice; receive Newsletters/Friday Fax and other program-related information; and to attend Division inter-professional educational events, professional networking meetings and Annual General Meeting.
|
|
|
However, Associate members are not eligible to stand for membership of the Board or have voting rights at the AGM.
|
|
|
If you are interested in joining Otway Division as an Associate Member, please complete and sign the Application for Membership Form, have it signed by two nominees who are existing members of the Division, and fax back to the Division on 5593 2860. Associate Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Management.
