Yes...we are a QIC Accredited Organisation!

1. Otway Division of General Practice (ODGP) will adopt an open, transparent and consultative approach and be inclusive and accessible to it's GP members.

2. The board and ODGP staff will ensure systems are in place to facilitate regular, ongoing contact/liaison with GP members.

3. The Board and staff of ODGP recognises that GP members have a right to:
·
Attend and vote at general meetings of ODGP
·
Receive annual report and audited financial statement from ODGP
·
Receive regular communication via Division Newsletter/Friday Fax, etc.
·
Recognition of their autonomy and diversity
·
Access all of ODGP's services and programs
·
Contribute to the development of ODGP's policy statements
·
Be fairly and properly represented by ODGP
·
Expect that ODGP will act legally and ethically and competently and be accountable to its GP members
·
Have complaints about ODGP dealt with in a timely and fair manner

4. The Board and staff of ODGP expects that as members, GPs will:
·
Advise ODGP of any changes to their place of work and contact details
·
Support the objectives of ODGP particularly in relation to ODGP's roles in advocacy and representation
·
Be engaged with ODGP
·
Communicate their needs clearly to ODGP
·
Encourage the involvement and participation of General Practice in state-wide initiatives through Divisions
·
Pay annual membership subscription, as set by the Board, when it is due.
