Hamilton. headspace South West Victoria is a partnership of 13 local agencies and programs that together offer a broad range of services. Brophy Family & Youth Services is the lead agency and works closely with primary care, mental health, education, alcohol and other drug and vocational services.
Our Site:
Our team comprises youth workers, psychologists, counsellors, education and employment specialists who are experienced and passionate about working with young people.
This clinic is a “walk in” program which is run each Monday afternoon from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Services provided by the South West Healthcare Nurse on call and our GP include:
GP Clinic: Our GPs are available each afternoon from Monday through to Wednesday from 2pm to 4:30pm and offer a range of services such as:
Counselling Service: Our team of Allied Health Professionals are available from Tuesday through to Friday to help with client support, counselling, mediation or therapy.

Referring Someone to headspace: If you would like to refer someone to headspace South West Victoria it’s as simple as phoning us on:
Referral documentation required from an external specialist (ie. a GP or Allied Health Professional) typically comprises a letter of referral and (where applicable) a copy of the Mental Health Treatment Plan which are to be marked to the attention of “Brophy Family & Youth Services’ Integrated Intake Team Leader”.
