Practice Profile:

Dhauwurd-Wurrung Elderly and Community Health Service (DWECH) Practice Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm.  We are able to make appointments for indigenous and non-indigenous clients.

As well as our GP we have a practice nurse, two aboriginal health workers, a drug and alcohol worker and a mental health worker.

We also provide Health & Community Care (HACC) and transport services to our indigenous patients.
