WHAT REGION DOES THE OTWAY DIVISION COVER?

The Division services a region which extends from Winchelsea in the east across to Portland, Hamilton and the South Australian border.  The coast forms our southern boundary and the Grampians/Great Dividing Range our northern one.

WHO WILL HELP YOU?

Our Medical Workforce Team Leader, Vicky Hunt is responsible for conducting the Division's recruitment and retention activities and is available to assist you explore practice opportunities.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW

The Division maintains a comprehensive database of all vacancies and has available a detailed practice profile for each.

The Otway Division assists interested GPs to:

• Contact practices that have a suitable vacancy
• Arrange familiarisation visits to practice
• Negotiate terms and conditions
• Locate suitable accommodation
• Orientate into a new community
• Seek employment for partners
