The Practice Capacity Building (PCB) team provides support to practices in a range of areas with the aims of enhancing the capacity of practices to meet the needs of their patients and to utilise their resources in a way that will maximise the impact they can have. The team provides support in the following areas: |
The PCB team provides phone and email support, practice visits, practice nurse network events and where a Practice is undergoing the accreditation process, mock accreditation visits can be conducted.
